It’s very sad that Barry has decided to leave the sport, after losing his father and pigeon partner Pete earlier this year, Barry has decided now is the correct time. Barry and Pete have been one of the leading lofts in the National Flying Club from Tarbes flying a massive 728 miles. Tarbes is the ultimate race, the ultimate test, Barry and Pete were flying the same distance as most people fly from Barcelona and they excelled.
